Rectory
In the spring of 2010, we began work on our second phase of construction--a new Rectory. Below are photos of the design of this new home. Photos of the construction will be posted shortly.
Description
The house is 2,696 sq ft
First floor is 1,904
Second floor is 792
Basement for parish storage is 1,904 sq ft
Exterior wall framing will be 2x6
The garage is being expanded by 4 ft on two sides to accommodate the stairs to the basement and our lawn and snow removal equipment.
The house will feature the same stone work as the church along with the white pillars and roof shingles. The rest of the house will be done in the same color siding as the church with white trim and black shutters.
With land development, meeting all wetland and environmental issues, the cost will be $359,355.00
Plans and Sketches
Note that the orientation of the rectory will be flipped from what is shown in the sketch and plans below. For example, the 2nd floor is shown on the right but will actually be on the left and the garage that is currently shown in the back on the left, will be in the back on the right.

1st Floor

2nd Floor
