Music is a large part of our worship and celebrations at St. Francis of Assisi Parish and, therefore, a St. Francis of Assisi Parish Web site would be incomplete without a page devoted to this Ministry.
If a commission at St. Francis Parish is planning an upcoming event and would like music accompaniment, please contact Donna Grady at 323-4036 as soon as possible, even if your plans are still tentative. This will allow the directors and musicians to make arrangements to ensure your event can be covered and that appropriate musical selections are chosen.

OUR CHOIR
Do
you like to sing? Have you been inspired by the music at the Saturday 4 PM Mass?
Perhaps you would like to “try out” being a member of the St. Francis
Liturgy Choir. Our choir will sing from September until June at
the 4 PM Mass on Saturday and announced Mass times on holidays. Rehearsals are
held in the church every Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. People with all levels of experience are welcomed and will have a part to
sing. If you sing “by ear” you may sing with the melody section or you may
choose to learn a new part and join with the Sopranos, Altos, Tenors, or Bass.
If you would like to use your voice to praise the Lord, we have a seat and a
hymnal waiting just for you. Call Donna Grady at 323-4036 or just show up at any
rehearsal.
